Abstract:
To reduce the manufacturing cost of a flywheel fixed to a crankshaft.
Two mass flywheels 1 are so configured that a first flywheel 2 is fixed to the crankshaft 91 and are provided with a flexible plate 11 fixed to the crankshaft 91 and a ring gear 14 fixed to the flexible plate 11. The ring gear 14 occupies 50% or more of inertia of the first flywheel 2. Thereby, the first flywheel 2 enables a reduction in the manufacturing cost because the ring gear 14 functions as a conventional inertia member.
