Abstract:

PURPOSE: To discharge easily by making the electric field inclination large and the force action on foams large, and collecting foams all together into one site.
CONSTITUTION: Insulated and coated electric wires of required diameter are disposed in parallel as an electrode 2 to constitute electrode lines 3. The electrode lines are disposed in a container 1 containing liquid 6 with the inclination of required angle. A successive frequency variable type 3-phase alternating current power source 4 is connected with respective electrodes 2 constituting the electrode lines 3. 3-phase alternating current voltage is applied to the electrodes 2 from the lower position of the electric lines 3 to the slantingly upper side so that a progressive wave electric field is generated and foams 7 moved to the center among the electrodes 2 where the electric field is weak are moved to the slantingly upper side along the electrode lines 3.
