To reduce the drawing in of foams into the external air flow-in passage at the time of squeeze back as much as possible in a squeeze foamer container.
This foam discharging container 1A includes: a container body 2 having flexibility; and a foamer cap 10 which discharges a liquid A in the container body 2 into a foam shape by the pressing deformation of the container body 2. The foamer cap 10 includes: a gas-liquid mixing chamber 11; a liquid flow-in hole 12 which makes the liquid A in the container body flow into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 11; an air flow-in hole 14 which makes air B in the container body flow into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 11; a foam equalizing means 20 which is equipped with nets 22 and 23 on a cylindrical net holder 21; a nozzle 15; and an external air flow-in passage 30 which goes through a space between the outer peripheral surface of the foam equalizing means 20 and the nozzle 15. The foam equalizing means 20 is movably inserted into the nozzle 15 in the axial direction of the net holder 21. The external air flow-in passage 30 is formed on the downstream side of the gas-liquid mixing chamber 11 in a manner to be a separate path from the foam discharging flow passage.
