To provide a foam dispenser capable of avoiding entry of air into an air chamber, even when water enters the inside of a base cap part, by preventing the water from reaching an outside air intake hole provided at an air piston member.
This foam dispenser is provided with a cylinder 17 comprising an air chamber 24 and a liquid introduction chamber 28; a piston part 39 comprising a cylindrical piston member 15 sliding along an inner circumferential surface of the liquid introduction chamber 28 and an air piston member 16 sliding along an inner circumferential surface of the air chamber 24 ; and a cover 11 interposed between a pump head 19 and the cylindrical piston member 15. An outside air intake hole 12 and an overlapping annular wall 20 disposed outside it are provided at an overhanging part 16b of the air piston member 16. The cover 11 is provided with an annular overlapping wall 11e extended downward from a peripheral edge of an overhanging plate 11c and overlaid on the outer side to at least an intermediate part of the overlapping annular wall 20 in an open state of the outside air intake hole 12.
