Abstract:
To provide a foam ejector for a tank, which is used for a tank having a diameter of 60 m or more or a tank provided with a fixed roof or floating roof.
The foam ejector is installed at a tank for storing a combustible liquid or flammable liquid. The foam ejector is provided with: a foam generator having a diaphragm for narrowing a flow passage, and an air intake hole for taking in air, and foaming a fire-extinguishing agent into fire-extinguishing foam; and a guide flow passage provided at a peripheral edge of the upper end of the tank to communicate with the foaming device, and guiding the fire-extinguishing foam to be ejected toward the inside of the diameter of the tank.
