Abstract:

To provide a foam layer laminated body that can reliably prevent floating of a fabric layer due to buckling, or separation in a boundary between a foam layer and the fabric layer and obtain sufficient strength and rigidity, even if bending deformation or torsional deformation caused by an external force is applied thereto, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same, as well as a structural material, an insulating material or a sound insulator using the foam layer laminated body.

In the foam layer laminated body 1 including two fabric layers 1A, 1B composed of a web and the foam layer 2 provided between the fabric layers 1A, 1B, a synthetic fiber monofilament yarn 3 that connects each of the fabric layers 1A, 1B to be arbitrarily spaced through the foam layer 2.
