Abstract:
To provide a formed part composed of a polystyrene resin laminated foam sheet which does not lose glossiness even when being thermoformed, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A foam formed part is a formed part of a foam sheet which is composed of a polystyrene resin foam sheet layer and a non-stretched polyolefin resin film layer that is laminated on one surface of the polystyrene resin foam sheet layer and constitutes an inside surface layer, where glossiness of the surface on the side of the non-stretched polyolefin resin film layer is 50% or more. The foam formed part is obtained by thermoforming a foam sheet in which a non-stretched polyolefin resin film is laminated on one surface side of the polystyrene resin foam sheet at a heat roll temperature of 160-175°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
