The foam spouting device 1 includes: a nozzle head 2 which interposes mesh 5b into an internal channel 21 communicated to an opening part Aa formed on the top end of a nozzle 2a; and a pipe connector 7 which interposes the mesh 5b into an internal channel 22 communicated to a pipe P and is formed of an opening part 23 communicating the internal channel to the outside on the upstream side from the mesh, a cylindrical body part 2b of the nozzle head which forms the internal channel of the nozzle head on the inner side being communicated with a cylindrical body part 7b of the pipe connector which forms the internal channel of the pipe connector, wherein a joint surface 2f(1), 7f between the cylindrical body part of the nozzle head and the cylindrical body part of the pipe connector is constituted with a sliding surface and, at the same time, screw parts 2s, 7s are respectively disposed on the cylindrical body part of the nozzle head and the cylindrical body part of the pipe connector.
