To keep the heat-insulative property and the light-weight of a molding and improve the fireproofness and strength of a cement inorganic material, by coating a foamed resin molding inserted from the rear face side of the die of an extruder with extruded cement inorganic material in the die and integrally forming them.
In the section of a die, a guide pipe 3c for a foamed resin molded form is fitted in the inside of the die and a passage of an inorganic binder is formed in the space between the guide pipe and the outside pipe 3d of the die. The cement inorganic binder 10 as the raw material is mixed in advance by a mixer. And further, the material kneaded by a kneader is fed in the hopper of an extruder of a molding device. After the inorganic material has been kneaded and defoamed in a vacuum, it is sent out to the die to coat the surface of the foamed resin molded form 7 inserted from the rear face part 3b of the die and a mesh used in accordance with the need, in the die. The material is sent to the outlet 3a of the die by the delivery pressure of the extruder and a foamed resin molded form 13 covered with an inorganic material 13 is formed.
