To provide a foamed sheet to which a peculiar design colored in a specified pattern can be easily imparted and also, a method for manufacturing the foamed sheet.

This foamed sheet is made up of a cap film 21 with a large number of projections 20 formed swelling in a hollow shape, a back film 22 laminated on the opening side of the projection 20 in which air is encapsulated, and a liner film 23 laminated on the apex surface side of the projection 20 covering the projection 20. In addition, a colored adhesive layer 24 containing a hot-melt adhesive, is formed on the respective apex surface of each projection 20 formed on the cap film 21. The liner film 23 is laminated adhering to the respective apex surface of each projection 20 formed on the cap film 21 through the colored adhesive layer 24.
