To provide a foamed thermoplastic resin product and a seal product, capable of bringing about a sufficient and rapid recovery of depressions.
A foamed thermoplastic resin product is characterized in that its depression recovery ratio defined below at 23°C is 50% or more, its average cell size is 10-200 μm, its apparent density is 0.01-0.20 g/cm3, and its repulsive stress under 50% compression at 23°C is 0.1-3.0 N/cm2. A foamed seal product is characterized in that it comprises the foamed thermoplastic resin product (in particular one that includes an adhesive materials layer placed on one or both sides of the foamed thermoplastic resin product is preferred). The depression recovery ratio is defined as a ratio, to the initial thickness, of the thickness of the depression portion obtained by compressing the foamed thermoplastic resin product to its lowest point of the foamed product in the thickness direction by a jig having 90 degrees blade angle and holding it there for 15 seconds, then releasing the compression state, and measuring it at 60 seconds after the compression state release.
