Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming agent that maintains the safety of a biosurfactant for the environment and human bodies while improving foaming performances such as an expansion ratio and foam stability, and a foam-type fire extinguishing agent, a detergent, a cleaning solution, a foaming lubricant and a foaming wood preservative comprising the foaming agent.SOLUTION: A foaming agent according to the present invention comprises a biosurfactant, and a 1,3-propylene glycol derivative represented by the following formula (I) where Rrepresents a Calkyl group, and R-Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a Calkyl group.
