SOLUTION: The foaming composition comprises (A) a rubber having a constituting unit (α) which is derived from at least one of butadiene and isoprene and has an alkenyl group in the side chain, (B) a hydrosilyl crosslinking agent, (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst, and (D) a blowing agent.
