To provide a foaming resin coating film-laminated metal sheet having excellent damping property.
The foaming resin coating film-laminated metal sheet has upper and lower two layers of foaming resin coating films. Thermally expandable particles are contained in the lower foaming resin coating film by 15 mass% or more, and in the upper foaming resin coating film, by 0-10 mass%, and overall coating film thickness is 680 μm or more. The method of manufacturing the foaming resin coating film-laminated metal sheet includes processes of: applying a resin composition for the lower layer forming to a metal sheet; drying the lower layer at a temperature less than a foaming start temperature of thermally expandable particles before heat expansion; applying a resin composition for the upper layer forming; and baking the coating films of the upper and lower layers at a temperature higher than the foaming start temperature of the thermally expandable particles, in this order.
