Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming resin composite of highly mechanical strength by expansion ratio of 70% or more by kneading a specific low temperature resolving chemical foaming agent, etc., to kneading materials of specific polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., and setting preexpansion ratio to 5% or less.
SOLUTION: High density polyethylene 30-200 pts.wt. of the melting point 130°C or more, polypropylene 2-50 pts.wt. of the melting point 140°C or more, and polysiloxane-polyether block copolymer 0.1-5 pts.wt. of the equation 1 are added to low density polyethylene 100 pts.wt. having long chain branch made by high pressure method of density 0.915-0.925g/cm3 and melt index 0.1-10.0g/10min. and heated and kneaded at the temperature of 140°C or more. P, p'-oxi-bis-benzenesulfonyl hydrazide 0.5-3.0 pts.wt. is added to this kneading material 100pts.wt., kneaded under the temperature of 120°C or more and less than 130°C, and the preexpansion ratio is set to 5% or less.
