PURPOSE: To provide a foaming type collector removing dust generated by cutting processing such as cutting or drilling without scattering the same and preventing the adverse effect on a human body, environmental pollution or the deterioration of work environment.

CONSTITUTION: A foaming type dust collector consists of a cutting device 5 having a cutter 6 cutting a concrete surface 13, the foam supply means 2 arranged around the cutting device to supply foam 7, a suction means 3 sucking foam 7 including dust 8 and a control unit 4 controlling them. The dust 8 generated by cutting is confirmed in the foam 7 to be sucked and removed along with the foam 7.
