Abstract:
To obtain a lightweight foamy cosmetic for the hair of the head having a small foam specific gravity without stickiness and capable of uniformly sticking to the surface of the hair.
This foamy cosmetic for the hair of the head comprises a stock solution composed of ≥85 mass% of water, <8 mass% of a lower alcohol, 0.3-5 mass% of a surfactant and an oil and a propellant in an amount of 20-50 mass% based on the total amount of the stock solution.
