Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattering of abrasion powder generated from a blade member of a focal plane shutter.SOLUTION: There is provided a focal plane shutter including a bottom board 10 having an opening for exposure, and a blade member that is formed of a plurality of arms and blades and a plurality of connection members rotatably connecting the plurality of arms and blades and rotatably attached to the bottom board to open/close the opening, where the blade member 40 includes adhesive members 60 provided on the arms 41, 42, 51, and 52 in the vicinity of the connection members 47 and 57. This configuration can achieve simplification of the structure and a reduction in thickness and size of the device, and prevent scattering of abrasion powder that is generated in the vicinity of the connection members and affects an imaging element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
