Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focal plane shutter capable of changing, for each solid substance, an elastic force applied to a brake member by an elastic member, and others.SOLUTION: A focal plane shutter 100 includes: a front blade driving member 41 that is connected to a front blade 20 and is displaced to move the front blade 20; a front blade brake member 42 that has a brake part 42a and a contact part 42b and allows the brake part 42a to come into contact with the displaced front blade driving member 41 to brake the front blade driving member 41 while rotating about a support shaft 11b; and a front blade buffer member 43 that applies an elastic force to the contact part 42b when the front blade brake member 42 rotates about the support shaft 11b. The front blade brake member 42 can be mounted on a shutter base plate 10 in a plurality of mounting styles, and a distance between a side surface brought into contact with the contact part 42b and a mounting shaft of the front blade brake member 42 differs between a first mounting style and a second mounting style of the plurality of mounting styles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
