Abstract:
To prevent abrasion powder and dust from being adhered to an imaging surface in a focal plane shutter.SOLUTION: The focal plane shutter includes: a base plate which has a first opening; a cover plate which has a second opening; a plate-like partition member which is provided between the base plate and the cover plate and has a third opening; a first blade which is arranged between the base plate and the partition member and switches a state for covering the first opening, the second opening, and the third opening and a state for opening them; a second blade which is arranged between the partition member and the cover plate and switches the state for covering the first opening, the second opening, and the third opening and the state for opening them; and a driving part which drives the first blade and the second blade. The partition member includes: a planar adhesive having a first surface and a second surface; and a first plate member in which a plurality of first through-holes are provided. The first surface has adhesiveness. The first plate member has a first sticking surface stuck to the first surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
