Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable drive members of blade members to be held in a set location by magnetic suction forces of electromagnets, while simplifying the structures and decreasing the number of components in focal plane shutters.SOLUTION: A focal plane shutter comprises: a drive member 40 that drives a blade member 20; a setting member 110 that sets the drive member in a setting location prior to a shutter operation; a suctioned member 80 that is provided in the drive member; and an electromagnet 100 that has a suction effect on the suctioned member due to electrification in a state where the drive member is set in the setting location. The suctioned member 80 includes: a shaft part 81; a suctioned part 82 that is located on one end side of the shaft part; and a flange part 83 that has a projection-like curved curvature surface 83a on the other end of the shaft part, and the drive member includes: an insertion hole 43a through which the shaft part is inserted with a predetermined clearance; and two flat inclination surfaces 43d and 43e where the curvature surface of the flange part is received at two portions. Thus, a suctioned surface of the suctioned member can be brought to close contact with a suction surface of the electromagnet.
