Abstract:

A blade holder 18 having a blade 17 detachable in the width direction of a bottom wire 2 through a bracket 16 is rotatably supported through a cut shaft 20 on between brackets 14 and 15 The blade holder is rotated by a slant jack 24, a foil angle is changed and set.
