Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on an operator and perform foil saving efficiently.SOLUTION: A foil transfer device 100 comprises a conveyance cylinder 32 for holding and conveying a sheet-like object 1, and a transfer cylinder 33 having a notch 33h for attaching plates 80 and 81 having irregularities on the surfaces to the peripheral surface of the transfer cylinder 33 in a state of facing the conveyance cylinder 32. The foil transfer device 100 transfers foils h1-h4 of belt-like transfer foils 3a-3d, in which a foil is provided on a base film, to the sheet-like object 1 by having the transfer foils 3a-3d and the sheet-like object 1 run between the conveyance cylinder 32 and the transfer cylinder 33. The transfer cylinder 33 includes a register adjustment device 500 for adjusting the position of the peripheral surface of the transfer cylinder 33 with respect to the peripheral surface of the conveyance cylinder 32 in a conveying direction as well as a width direction of the sheet-like object 1.
