Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional foldable bed can be stored compactly when it is not used but it cannot be used as a desk.SOLUTION: A foldable bed includes a front half bed body 1 for placing the upper body of a user and a rear half bed body 2 for placing the lower body of the user. The front half bed body and the rear half bed body include two bed floor boards 3, 4 and bed base frames 5, 6 to which the bed floor boards are attached so as to be placed thereon. The front half bed body and the rear half bed body are pivotally attached to each other so that they can be freely developed horizontally and so that they can be freely folded in an inverted V-shape in the side view in which the reverse surface side of the front half bed body and the reverse surface side of the rear half bed body come close to each other. The foldable bed has a structure in which at least either of the bed floor boards can be raised up and fixed so as to be parallel to the floor surface when it is folded. The foldable bed also includes a leg structure or an auxiliary leg 13 for preventing the bed body from falling down when the bed floor board raisable part is fixed so as to be parallel to the floor surface.
