The foldable box formed by folding a paper-made plate of a corrugated paper or a cardboard or the like comprises a front plate 1, a back plate 2 and a pair of right/left side plates 3, 4 and a bottom plate 5. A through hole 6 is provided in a place near to the lower edge of one side plate 3. A tool 9 comprises a resin-made flat base plate 7 and a sheet-like tab plate 8 integrated with the base plate and arranged vertically to the plate. The tab plate 8 of the tool 9 is attached in the through hole 6 to penetrate the box from the inside to the outside.
