To provide a foldable chair carried in the form of funny pack or backpack, which allows a user to move from his/her sitting posture without using hand by being mounted on the user in a chair state.

The foldable chair has a funny pack body having a fixing belt for fixing it around the waist of the user, a seat plate formed at a part of the funny pack body, and leg portions substantially horizontally supporting the seat plate and folded to form a part of the funny pack body. In the foldable chair, the fixing belt is formed so as to be mounted on the seated user with the seat plate supported horizontally by the leg portions.
