Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a foldable cutter whose cutter body can easily and smoothly be rotated without shaking when it is taken out of the holder.
CONSTITUTION: A cutter body 2 and a holder are provided, and the cutter body 2 is rotatably connected to the holder using a rivet 4 which is placed at one side of the cutter body and the holder and passes through them. The holder has right and left side plates 7 and 7 between which the cutter body 2 is folded into. At the faces opposite to each other of the right and left side plates 7 and 7, stepped parts 20 having concentric circles to the rivet 4 is provided around the rivet 4. The stepped parts 20 are formed from multiple projection parts 22 and 22 higher than an outer face 21 of the stepped parts 20 and dent parts 23 and 23 between the projection parts 22 and 22. The projection parts 22 and 22 of more than double layers surround the rivet 4. Additionally, the projection parts 22 and 22 have notches 24 and 24 which partially break the surrounding walls.
