To provide a foldable dining table with an opening for mountaing a cooker and a windshield for the flame of the cooker.

Both right and left half parts 2a, 2b of a rectangular table board 2 whose central part is fitted with an opening 4' are connected by hinges for the table board 2 to be able to be folded in two along a crease line crossing the opening 4'. A longitudinal side plate 10 has a longer length than each of the right and left end edges 4a and 4b of the opening 4' and a prescribed width, and a lateral side plate 12 has a longer length than each of the upper and lower side edges 4c, 4d of the opening 4' and a prescribed width. The plates 10 and 12 are connected with each other by hinges 11 and 11' in such a manner as to be two walls perpendicular to each other, wherein the above prescribed width is made a height. The edge end 17 along the longitudinal direction of the plate 10 is connected by the hinges to the position, corresponding to each of the end edges 4a and 4b, on the rear surface of each of the half parts 2a and 2b. The plates 10 and 12 are put upon the rear surfaces of the half parts 2a and 2b, which are folded up on each other for miniaturization and planarization. When the half parts are unfolded like one surface, each of the plates 10 and 12 is mutually made perpendicular to the rear surface of each of the half parts 2a and 2b for four walls serving as both table legs and the windshield to be formed around the opening 4' on the back side of the table board 2.
