A movable locking piece 103 movable in the longitudinal direction of the leg along the guide groove material 131a is assembled so as to be engaged with the tightening groove as well, a compression spring 105 is locked between the movable locking piece 103 and the hinge pin, and the state that the leg member is raised is continuously maintained by the tensile force.
