To provide a hanger holder mountable with various clothing hangers, foldable in a space-saving manner and effectively usable as a holder for hangers having openable/closable ring-like head parts, and a hanger set of the holder and hangers.

The hanger holder includes a frame part 1 including support bar parts 1A, 1B having bending/stretching parts 16, and connecting lateral bar parts 14; suspension means 2 capable of suspending the support bar parts from above; and a plurality of hanger locking parts 3 protrusively provided at the support bar parts. The hanger locking part has an insertion hole mounting the hanger 5, and a parallel corresponding position of the support bar part 1B corresponding to the position provided with the hanger locking part in the support bar part 1A is formed as a recess not provided with the hanger locking part. When the frame part is bent, the hanger locking part provided at a first half portion of the support bar part 1A enters the recess not provided with the hanger locking part in a second half portion.
