Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developable perimeter truss reflecting body whose dimensional ratio can be 30:1 in the relation of the accommodation state and the development state.
SOLUTION: A developable truss reflecting face is attached to a truss 5 and provided with developable spars 35, 37 which can extend from a basic frame structure to the truss 5. When it is in a developed condition, these spars 35, 37 are positioned in the external direction separating from the basic frame of the truss provided with catenaries 7, 9. These eatenaries 7, 9 are arranged to position the reflecting face at the end of the cylindrical truss.
