Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foldable portable equipment with a small-sized camera, which enables an operator to move the small-sized camera stored in a hinge part to a specified photographic direction without directly operating the small- sized camera in foldable portable equipment which has superior display panel visibility and superior key operability.
SOLUTION: The foldable portable equipment is equipped with a 1st housing which has a display part, a 2nd housing which has an operation part, and the hinge part which connects the 1st and 2nd housings rotatably to each other and has the camera built in the hinge part. The camera has a photographic window for taking incident light almost at right angles to the hinge axis of the hinge part and the photographic window of the camera rotates on the hinge axis as the 1st and 2nd housings are put in mutual rotary motion.
