PURPOSE: To prevent the formation of a large gap between a cabinet and a rotor including a microphone in its inside when the rotor is not only closed but also opened.

CONSTITUTION: In a foldable radio equipment constituted of rotatably mounting the rotor 19 including the microphone 21 in its inside on the cabinet 10, a pair of spindle parts 34 having bus-bars almost coincident with the corner parts of the cabinet 10 and orienting their top parts to the outside are arranged on both the sides of hinge parts 31, 42 of the rotor 19 so as to be opposed to each other, supporting pins 35 formed on the base parts of the spindle parts 34 are rotatably supported by bearings 41, 42 and recessed parts 40 for receiving the spindle parts 34 are formed on the corner parts of the cabinet 10 on both the sides of the hinge parts 41, 42. Consequently a gap between the rotor 19 and the cabinet 10 can be minimized when the rotor 19 is not only closed but also opened.
