To assure sanitation and prevent the landscape of town from being impaired by protecting plastic bags with refuse piled at collecting places on a road against refuse spattering pollution by crows and homeless cats in a foldable refuse yard very easily handled without contaminating hands and allowing the inputting and recovery of the plastic bag with refuse to be easily performed.
A container-like covering body 5 sewn by using a net material so that a top face 3 is opened and a front face 4 is openable is fitted and fixed in a support frame body 1 foldably assembled by locking two sheets of square frame materials 1a and 1b crossed in X-configuration by couplings 2. An extendable band member 9 is disposed along the upper side front-side of the support frame body 1, and the opened top face 3 of the covering body 5 is covered by a cover body 11 formed by installing cover members 11a formed of a large number of braid materials between the band member 9 and the upper rear side of the support frame body 1 facing the band member 9 parallel with each other at specified intervals, and a bar member 14 for opening/closing is installed along the front lower side of the cover body 11.
