The sliding member 60 is slidable between an engagement position for regulating oscillation of the handle 50 and a release position for making the handle 50 oscillatable. The projecting member 80 is located at a position except a sliding route of the sliding member 60 to make the sliding member 60 slidable during deployment, and is located in the sliding route of the sliding member 60 to regulate sliding of the sliding member 60 during folding.
