To conveniently carry joint legs by means of a low cost by arranging short legs in the inner part of the back surface of a bi-foldable top plate so as to be folding possible and forming a joint leg holding part for holding joint leg bodies.

Besides, when short legs 21 are folded in the back surface of the top plate 1 at the time of non-usage and the joint leg odies 24 are damped by the rubber bands 32 of the joint leg holding part 3, the leg parts 2 become a state where the whole parts are contained in space in the top plate 1 and an edge part 12. Since the joint leg bodies do not play, the top plate part 1 is folded in two as it is and metallic fixtures are engaged so that the state becomes the portable one.
