To provide a foldable table with a modesty panel which reduces the size of a folded top panel and saves space for table storage.

A depressed portion 35 which fits to the rear part of leg posts when folding a top panel, opens at the front surface and faces in a vertical direction is formed on both side parts opposed to the right and left pedestal features in the front surface of a modesty panel 32. The rear end portion of right and left link pieces 33 is pivoted and attached on the inner surface of an internal side in both these depressed portions 35. Additionally the front end portion of the link pieces 33 is pivoted and attached on the internal surface of the pedestal features.
