This foldable table comprises the top plate 1, leg parts having their upper ends fixed to the back side of the top plate 1 turnably from their suspended positions toward the center, and the modesty panel 3 having its upper end fixed between the legs in the back side of the top plate 1 turnably to either direction of the depth 1d of the top plate 1. A vertical girder 3l of the modesty plate 3 is formed longer than the depth 1d of the top plate 1 and the modesty panel 3 has a foldable structure folded upward at least at one fold side 3s and folded back on itself.
