To provide a water cut-off device with light-weight capable of being easily mounted and meeting change in an open width.SOLUTION: A foldable water cut-off device is composed of a plurality of water cut-off boards cutting off water at an opening between a pair of walls or columns erected in a vertical direction on a floor, wherein the water cut-off boards are formed in an L shape in a lateral side view composed of a rear face plate and a bottom face plate, the plurality of the water cut-off boards comprise foldable coupling parts, and a seal material securely fixed on left and right ends of the water cut-off boards and the bottom of the water cut-off boards is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
