To provide a folded plate roof material with a functional sheet, restraining deterioration of the functional sheet to exhibit various functions over a long period of time, simplifying the manufacture, and improving installing efficiency, and a roof structure using the folded plate roof material with the functional sheet.

In this folded plate roof material R with the functional sheet, the functional sheet 3 is held between an upper folded plate 1 and a lower folded plate 2, the peripheral edge parts of the upper folded plate 1 and the lower folded plate 2 are sealed, and at least the upper folded plate 1 is formed of transparent material. The functional sheet 3 is coated and protected with both of folded plates 1, 2, whereby deterioration is restrained and various functions are exhibited over a long period of time. The functional sheet 3 is thus held between both folded plates 1, 2 and the peripheral edge parts of the folded plates are sealed with a sealing tape 4 or the like, so that the manufacture can be simplified, and since this folded plate roof material can be easily handled similarly to the conventional metal folded plate roof material, installing efficiency is improved. In this roof structure, the folded plate roof material R with the functional sheet and a metal folded plate roof material are fitted to a tight frame fixed to a roof purlin material of a roof.
