Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus capable of successfully manufacturing a two-fold sheet.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the two-fold sheet according to the present invention includes: a fold line forming step for forming, while a belt-shaped laminated sheet made of a plurality of sheet materials is conveyed in one direction in a state where tension is applied to the laminated sheet, a fold line formed of slits extending in a conveying direction, intermittently along the conveying direction, over a central region of a width direction of the laminated sheet; and a folding step for folding the laminated sheet in half along the fold line by bringing into contact with a guide plate the central region of the laminated sheet where the fold line is formed, bringing into contact with a guide roll each side of side regions in the width direction of the laminated sheet, and raising the laminated sheet from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction. The manufacturing apparatus of the present invention is suitably used in the manufacturing method of the present invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
