To provide a convenient folding cart which can be stored easily by decomposing it, can be made into a cargo carrying cart by assembling, and can be made into a loading table with legs used as a chair, a desk, or a shelf by converting the assembling method, and can be used for many purposes by a single set.
Casters 8 are provided to the lower face of a loading table 1, tubular connections 7 are provided at both ends in one side of the lower face, shaft form of connections 9 are provided at both ends of the lower face, locking mechanisms 12 are provided to the shaft form of connections 9, fitting shafts 20 fitted to the tubular connections 7, and the locking mechanisms 12 are provided to both ends of the columns 18 of an intermediate handle 2 furnishing two columns 18 to both ends of a connecting rod 19, and inner peripheral surfaces 22a allowable to engage to the shaft form connections 9 and the fitting shafts 20 are provided at both ends of an upper handle 3 formed in a U-shape, so as to compose a folding cart A. This folding cart A is composed to be made into a cart for cargo carrying by assembling it, and made into a loading table with legs by converting the assembling method.
