The folding chair includes a foldable leg part 100, a seat face part supported by the leg part 100, and a hand rail including a hand rail body 310, a rotary shaft part 320, and a clamp part 330. The rotary shaft part 320 is set on a rear side support pole 140 of the leg part 100 to journal one end part rotatably in the longitudinal direction on the hand rail body 310. The clamp part 330 is set on the other end in the longitudinal direction of the hand rail body 310. A front upper end part of an X-shape leg 110a of the leg part 100 is detachably fit into the clamp part 330 in a state where the leg part 100 is opened, and a lower part of an attaching site of the pivot part 320 of the rear side support pole 140 is detachably fit into the clamp part 330 in a state where the leg part 100 is folded.
