Abstract:
To provide a novel folding chair that is simply configured but can stand by itself and be smoothly foldable and deployable.SOLUTION: A folding chair includes a leg structure body 3 configured by connecting between upper end parts 11g1 and 21g1 and between 12g1 and 22g1 of a pair of front and rear X linkages 1 and 2 by a pair of seat frames 41a and 42a so as to be capable of opening and closing synchronously, where a seat 5 is formed between the seat frames 41a and 42a in a deployed state. In a folded state, a distance L1 between lower end parts 11e1 and 12e1 and between 21e1 and 22e1 of respective X linkages 1 and 2 is larger than a distance L2 between the upper end parts 11g1 and 12g1 and between 21g1 and 22g1, whereby the folding chair can stand by itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
