PURPOSE: To obtain safe and refined functional beauty by inserting and joining the front and rear joining lugs of a connector in and to a frame pipe, and by providing connecting parts with hinge parts and fastening parts with spaced in both sides, and by pivotally and developably mounting the connecting hinge at one side by means of a vertical pivot and by locking the fastening parts at the other side.
CONSTITUTION: In the front and rear joining lugs 6a, 6b of a connector, joining parts 8, 9 and connecting parts 10, 11 are integrally formed from the same member. The joining parts 8, 9 are inserted into the front part 4a and the rear part 4b of an upper frame pipe for fixing. Connecting hinge parts 12, 13 and connecting fastening parts 14, 15 enabling fixing and connection by locking are provided with spaced in both sides, respectively. The hinge part 13 at its one side intermediately supports the hinge part 12 at the other lug. Shaft holes 16 and 17, 17 are opened along the line A1-A1. The hinge part 13 is pivotally and turnably connected with a vertical pivot 18 engaged in the shaft holes centered. The connecting fastening parts 14, 15 at the other side are vertically fastened along the line A2-A2 by means of locking screws for locking.
