Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it reliable to facilitate the inspection and adjustment of equipment and to detect a fold in a printed book reliably without taking a space for installation.SOLUTION: Folding inspection equipment 1 comprises: an upstream side conveyor 10; a downstream side conveyor 20; an imaging device 40; and an image processing system 50. The upstream side conveyor 10 transports a plurality of printed books 5 in a sashimi shape. The downstream side conveyor 20 is arranged below the upstream side conveyor 10 on the downstream side of the upstream side conveyor 10, and receives and transfers the printed books 5 having fallen one by one from the upstream side conveyor 10, and transfers them in a sashimi shape. The image processing system 40 images at least a portion of the printed books 5 having fallen from the upstream side conveyor 10 to the downstream side conveyor 20. On the basis of the image imaged by the imaging device 40, the image processing system 50 inspects whether or not a folding has occurred in the printed books 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
