Abstract:
To provide a folding kitchen knife with a thin handle and a large jaw part, which facilitates cooking, and which enables the free setting of combination of the thickness of the handle and the height of the jaw part.SOLUTION: A folding kitchen knife comprises a handle (4), and an edge (2) having a first supporting point (3) in a handle tail direction. The edge (2) can be housed inside the handle (4). A connection plate (6) for connecting the edge (2) and the handle (4) together is provided. The edge (2) and the connection plate (6) are connected together via the first supporting point (3). The connection plate (6) and the handle (4) are connected together via a second supporting point (7) that is provided in the handle tail direction of the connection plate (6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
