Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a ram at a high-speed and low load during the quick approach, and to move the ram at a low-speed and high load during the bending stroke.
SOLUTION: When a work W is folded in cooperation with a punch P and a die D by vertically moving the ram 3, a drive motor 7 for quick approach is driven to lower or elevate the ram 3 from the upper limit position or the lower limit position to a predetermined position, the deviation from the instructed rotation of the drive motor 7 for quick approach and the feedback rotation detected by a position detecting means 11 provided on the drive motor 7 for quick approach is detected by a deviation detecting means 45, and when the detected deviation exceeds the preset threshold, a drive motor 9 for folding is driven, and the work W is folded by the drive motor 9 for folding and the drive motor 7 for quick approach.
