A vertical direction central part of a push rod 9 is hinge-connected 27 to a back part of the arm rest member 21. An upper end of a rotary member 29 is hinge-connected 31 to a lower end of the push rod 9. A lower end of the turning member 29 is hinge-connected to the rear leg 25. The other end of a connection member 35 which is hinge- connected 37 to the front leg 13 is hinge-connected 39 to a roughly central part of the member 29.
