To provide a folding sheet manufacturing machine directly piling sheets from a sheet machining device to a stacking portion without a carrying device between the sheet machining device and a sheet piling device.
A sheet 3 from a web roll 5 is sent in between a first roller 7 and a second roller 8 by a sending roller 6 to be cut. The cut sheet 3 is held in a holder 26 by a pressing plate 15 of the second roller 8. The held sheet 3 is folded into two pieces by passing through a fold plate 36. The folded sheet 3 is dropped by a stacker 37 on a lower side of a third roller 9 and received by a receiving piece 41. When the sheets 3 stacked on the receiving piece 41 reach a predetermined number of sheets, the sheets 3 drop on a carrying-out belt 46 to be carried out to a next step.
